**4. Refund Method:**
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if the return is accepted, customers will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s). Store credit will be issued via email or SMS notification and can be used towards future purchases on KaziLoft.com.

**5. Final Sale Items:**
Please note that certain products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly identified on the product page at the time of purchase.

**Initiating a Return:**
